A prestige project in Hamburg’s city center
An office, commercial and residential complex is to be built in Hamburg’s city center by spring 2025. The 250-million-euro project by Austrian project and real estate developer SIGNA at Gänsemarkt covers 17,000 square meters and consists of three interwoven structures extending from Gänsemarkt to Colonnaden and Büschstraße. The design was created by Hamburg architects Biwermau. Thanks to its perfect location, the project is set to become one of the most attractive shopping centers and a new center of attraction in the city.
