project information management	Here you can manage your project information (e.g. status, dates, etc.).
company information management	Here you can change the company information (name, type, description, logo, subcompany, etc.).
template management	Here you can create a new template from this workspace. Users can create their own project space templates or save an existing project as a template to be able to use the proven existing project structure in new projects. In the personal area you can view or change your personal templates.
notification management	Here you can manage notifications on news, discussion groups, tasks, forms, documents and folders. Notifications are automatically sent by e-mail at a time interval defined by you (immediately, daily, weekly, monthly). You can change the settings for notifications at any time, both across projects and on a project-specific basis.
personal settings management	Here you can change your personal settings (e.g. address, telephone number, password, etc.).
distribution lists management	You can create or edit personal distribution lists.

individual project master data	Create the following project master data: Name, project e-mail, short description, project manager, client, project keyword, extended master data. This master data can subsequently be automatically transferred to reports. Create extended project master data in the following categories: Report month and master data, milestones, underperformance or overperformance, status external costs, measures and report release. This master data is the basis for your individual project reports, which can be generated at the push of a button and exported as CSV.
project email address	You can define an individual project e-mail address to document your project communication seamlessly.
project status	Set the project status manually or automatically and schedule-based. The following statuses are provided and displayed graphically: Overall Status, Scope of Work Status, Schedule Status, Cost Status.
keywording at project level	Keywording at project level enables you to quickly filter and sort your projects. This allows project portfolios to be configured individually and evaluated using reports.
logo	Provide your project room and/or company workspace with an individual logo.
settings: visibility	Specify whether this project is only displayed to the project participants or to all participants of the assigned company. In addition, you can specify whether only folders with access rights or all folders are displayed.
settings: bookmarks	Collect and manage your essential links (apps, websites, intranet, etc.) on the overview page. This means that you have all project-relevant information centrally on the platform.
settings: document tagging	Based on the file name, an automatic document name can be generated according to individually defined specifications (e.g. YYYMMDD_Company_Projectname_Filename_Version.) Specify here which object name is used during download: standard, file name or document name.
settings: various settings	The following settings can be made here: Send notification on to-do change; Send notification on workflow tasks; Show folder document templates; Activate claim management module (additional/reduced cost claim); Reduce size of uploaded images to save storage space (long edge maximum 1,920 pixels).

individual project master data

Create the following project master data: Name, project e-mail, short description, project manager, client, project keyword, extended master data.
