As the owner of the Kaiserhof Hotels in Kitzbühel and Vienna, Tertius Beteiligungsgesellschaft.m.b.H is developing one of Austria’s most spectacular tourism projects: the new construction of the Kaiserhof Hotel on Lake Ossiach. Planned are 93 rooms (including 12 family suites), a large seminar as well as wellness area, restaurant and café.

As the centerpiece of the flagship project in Annenheim, the Hotel Kaiserhof will have 93 rooms (including 12 family suites), a large seminar as well as wellness area and will be run as a year-round operation (approx. 60 employees). The restaurant and café will also be open to non-residents. Around 41,000 overnight stays per year are planned. The investment volume for the new hotel building is 30 million euros.
